RUSAL owners approve paying $0.02/share in Jan–Jun dividends

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian aluminum giant UC RUSAL have approved paying U.S. $0.02 per ordinary share in dividends for January–June, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The record date is slated for October 20.

En+ Group owns 56.88% in RUSAL, Sual has 25.72% and free float is 17.4%.
